The Art of Flight.When nailed you can soar, cutting smoothly through the air landing with ease.
Last week @mammothmountain hosted @americandownhiller and 70 U14-U16 athletes from around the Nation. We worked on fast skiing in terrain and turns, jump skills off Hare Jump ( demo clip 3) with lots of reps improving their confidence and skill.Props to @marcolikesit for organizing this annual camp.
