collective artistic journey. This first edition, titled "Noir,
" launches a series that we intend to
expand and evolve. Designed as a lasting physical object, this book is the result of a
rigorous group effort, where every image was chosen to move beyond the digital screen.
The Genesis: From concept to object
After a year in development, the idea for KATHERINE' was born from a need to materialize
our photographic vision. We wanted to create a publication that reflects our values:
independent, transparent, and collaborative. The cover, illustrated by artist Bettina Rosaria,
reflects our commitment to crossing artistic boundaries and sharing perspectives.
Distribution & Commitment
To ensure our independence and the project's viability without compromise, we chose
self-publishing through Kickstarter. For us, this is a guarantee of total transparency toward
our audience and future readers.
