This is a definite βmomma we made itβ post for me! Hahaa I recently had the absolute pleasure and honor of working with @nike to bring the story of @hosava and the cross country teams from Gallup & Tohatchi Higschools to life! Such a powerful and important story to tell and I want to thank @ti.young and @aenjee for trusting me to be able to capture it in the best way possible! The entire Nike team was awesome to work with and the kids and Hosava were such incredible humans to capture in their element! Nike is a dream client to say the least, so Iβm stoked on having worked with them but the real treat was seeing the finished product on the Crypto.Com arena screens downtown LA and the Nike billboard in NYC Time Square! Mind blown! Excited to see where Hosava and the kids take their journey as well as this new path with the Nike squad! Blessed. ππ½ππ½

Happy Independence Day to my country Eritrea! Every year I post this quote from Time Magazine about the incredible feat that the people of my country did to gain their freedom. Against all odds and with no one helping them they won a grueling 30 year war to gain independence. Honestly still brings tears to my eyes reading that quote. I have the deepest love for my country and my ppl. I am blessed and proud to be Eritrean!!

Pretty crazy to see content you worked and filmed on appear in the real world. Especially on the big screens of the Crypto Arena in LA! I was recently in a Nike store and saw one of @54ghosts photos from this shoot and it made my day! Haha Blessed to have worked with @heartandhustleproductions on this project for Nikes Black History month piece on KD! ππ½π₯
