It’s been an absolute joy collaborating with the incredible @aisleaiweddings, who planned this stunning wedding! From beginning to end, Nancy was attentive, detailed and supportive every step of the way. The venue, @pleasantdalechateau, is simply breathtaking, with captivating spaces both indoors and outdoors. It truly is a luxury setting for making all your wedding dreams come true. The celebration took place on a beautiful, warm autumn day in October, with the fall foliage enhancing the essence of the season through its vibrant colors. Paired with the exquisite floral designs, the day was magical and truly unforgettable.

How do you design with red and green without crossing over toholiday territory? Let us show you.

From the start, we were blending two worlds—their soft, neutral, cottage-core vision and their shared heritage. Red, the Chinese symbol of joy, good fortune, and celebration, had to live within the design. But with bridesmaids already in green, we knew we were walking a very fine line between unique and “Christmas in September.”

So we refined the palette and everything else followed.

We grounded the environment in rich greens, deepened the reds into more dimensional tones, and layered in warm tans, browns, and soft golden yellows to bring balance and depth.

From there, it became a study in contrast. A sleek, industrial NYC backdrop paired with modern acrylic details, softened by wild, organic florals, vintage lounge pieces, and a tablescape that was earthy and layered.

Their story took flight in the details.

Hand-drawn Mahjong tiles as table numbers, personalized chopsticks, nods to Pokémon and Avatar, and subtle references to their parents’ green thumbs. Every piece played a role in creating a dining experience that honored their culture in a way that felt true to them.

Each piece was woven in with intention, never as an afterthought. It was personal, unexpected and inviting.

Most importantly, it was clearly not a Christmas party 😉

When your client wants their corporate event to feel like a movie premiere 🦇

Thank you @danielwuproductions for bringing Batman to our celebration at @620loftgarden! 😉

A little bit of drama (the good kind), skyline views, and a guest experience that felt anything but corporate. Cinematic, sophisticated, and seamlessly executed from start to finish.

It all started with a picture of Batman.

Can you see the inspiration? 🦇

Jennifer Gould and I brought the York Space Systems logo to life in a way that felt both bold and completely on-brand. Custom spotlight, rooftop moment, and an entire event space designed to match their aesthetic—from the VIP lounge to the bars to every last detail.

Sometimes the wildest ideas become the most unforgettable experiences! ✨

This is what seamless looks like behind the scenes!

A little bit of chaos, quick pivots, and "we've got this" energy even when everything is happening at once.

Not even laryngitis could stop me from making this evening perfect! 🤪

Because when doors open and guests walk in, they'll never know any of this happened.

And that's the whole point!
