I’m on day two of my 100-day creative project, inspired by The Book of Alchemy by @suleikajaouad . The practice can be as simple as five minutes a day, and for me, the first two days have been focused on journal writing. It feels so good to show up with intention, and I’m absolutely loving it. I hope you’ll join me!

And, just in case you didn’t make it to the end of yesterday’s video, here’s a special look at some portraits and behind-the-scenes moments with the @forsythsatelliteacademy community. This project was created with the vision of myself, @paulawaltersparker, and @curtiswillocks, and I’m forever grateful for their openness, wisdom, and guidance. A big shoutout and thank you also to @liv_de_melo, the incredible FIT student who assisted me this year, you are such a gift.

Together we explored cyanotype printing with @rmariz78, portrait photography, and reflected on how we show up in this world with intention. A beautiful reminder of the power of creativity, expression, and community. My heart is full.
