When clients ask if they have to choose from ‘set cocktail options,’ our answer is always a big heck no. Your bar should feel like you, and we want every drink we serve to reflect that. I always say, ‘If you had a mojito at a restaurant you can’t stop thinking about, tell me where—and I’ll call them for the specs.’

Y&B were the perfect example. B had a cocktail in Bulgaria he couldn’t forget, so we recreated it for him on his wedding day. 💜
