Rising from Leicester’s underground and greater midlands Dubstep, DNB & Jungle circuits, Shan has built a strong reputation through carefully curated selections and a deep passion for the craft. Since moving to Manchester, she’s continued that rise by co-founding Sizeten Records alongside Tenshu a label championing exciting up and coming producers, as well as Shan’s and Tenshus own productions, has gained support from huge names across the scene and hosting their own label radio show on Mode.London.Radio

Alongside standout releases of her own, Shan has recently supported the likes of Djinn, Frost, Sir Hiss, and performed on the Deep Tempos Record Label birthday night supporting WZ, Enigma Dubz & Ramsez, hosted by Crazy D and Rakjay.

She has also performed at our own dances always delivering strong support sets to household names such as Neffa-T, Fearless Dread, Leftlow & Nancy June amongst our local lineups too! We are proud to see her rise and push in the scene with all the hard work she’s put in all these years, we are always grateful to have her back once again alongside a new addition to our lineup!

This long-awaited Shan b2b Ni set has been four years in the making. After meeting through Leicester’s underground scene when Ni was starting her DJ journey and reaching out to Shan for advice, the pair quickly built a close friendship rooted in music and mutual support always knowing a b2b would happen one day, just at the right time and place in their journeys.

We’re very excited to finally host the debut of Shan b2b Ni — this one’s gonna be a special one.

Reaction’s history in the dubstep scene runs deep from Nottingham, midlands and further afield holding his Notts Dubstep events @weighteh0115 and holding musical credits on @fotosoundsuk Transient Sounds & @cncpt_collective under @majoroaksounds to evolving his sound/vision through his new alias Reaction covering a wide spectrum of deep dubstep, bass pressure and dub-influenced weight. On top of that, he’s also one of the minds behind @robindubrecords consistently pushing quality and depth through the Midlands and beyond. With their huge recent release with @soundsoftenshu RDR006 making waves with their return to the Dubstep scene.

I’ve been a long-time fan of his productions and the work he’s put in over the years to help push the Midlands dubstep scene forward, so it’s a real pleasure to finally link up on this one. Proper buzzed to have him on the show.
