Like a beam of light just landing on the ground.

Courtney Henry now moves across disciplines—as a performer, writer, educator, and mother. Her work explores liberatory imagining through Afro-futurism, blending motion with meaning.

Since August 2024, she's been the School Director at Berkeley Ballet Theaterpassing on her artistry and leadership to a new generation. She is also a Gyrotonic©️ practitioner bringing expansion to both dancers and non dancers alike.
