Op 24 januari 2026 verandert De Groote Weiver opnieuw in een plek waar heavy muziek, intensiteit, experiment en gelaagde muziek samenkomen. @liveenpuur en @dgweiver presenteren met trots een avond die volledig draait om muziek die grenzen opzoekt, doorbreekt en herdefinieert. Drie bands uit België staan deze avond voor jullie on stage:

Aldrig brengt een geluid dat zich onttrekt aan elke eenvoudige omschrijving. Door klanken uit black metal, sludge en post-metal te verenigen en deze te combineren met intense, gelaagde vocalen, creëert Aldrig een avant-gardistisch klanklandschap dat tegelijk zuiverend en ontregelend werkt. Als een verblindend licht aan de nachtelijke hemel draagt Aldrig’s muziek een onafgeloste hunkering in zich, een klaagzang om bevrijding, maar bevrijding komt niet; er volgt slechts verdere gevangenschap.

Astodan bouwt al jaren aan een eigen universum waarin post-rock, emotie en vernieuwing hand in hand gaan. De muziek beweegt van fluisterzachte melodieën naar krachtige explosies en nodigt uit tot een reis door innerlijke landschappen. Astodan blijft trouw aan zijn wortels, maar durft verder te kijken, waardoor hun werk zowel vertrouwd als verrassend klinkt.

Clouds Indoor stormt binnen met instrumentale composities die verhalen vertellen zonder ook maar één woord te gebruiken. Hun mix van scherpe gitaren, dromerige passages en massieve geluidsmuren maakt hen een opvallende naam binnen de Belgische scene. Live creëren ze een meeslepende sfeer waarin contrast en dynamiek centraal staan.

Kort gezegd: Een avond die de Groote Weiver zal laten beven tot ver na de laatste noot.
