#2 Memories made on Water by @julienrocheblave, artist & photographer - May 2026, Marseille ⚓🌊

“There is something very special about time spent at sea. The noise gradually fades away, replaced by the wind in the sails, the sound of water against the hull, and the ropes moving with the rhythm of the boat. Once offshore, everything slows down. The phone stays somewhere in a bag, conversations grow quieter, and you start noticing the details: the light on the sails, the movement of the boat, the metallic reflections, the rhythm of the sea. I photographed this outing almost like a holiday memory you try to keep intact. Not something spectacular, but something real. Suspended moments where time slows down, where you simply let yourself be carried by the wind and the sea. On the water, time takes on a different texture. You no longer really look at the clock. You look at the wind.”

Bon ap !
