Meredith Beardmore is a flute player who inhabits many genres, from baroque, folk, and improvised music. She plays exclusively on wooden, simple system flutes, finding the nuance, immediacy, and tactile nature of these flutes much more alluring. Meredith enjoys pushing this old instrument in new directions and combines it with field recordings & samples, improvisation and various sound manipulations. Her debut album, Scribbly Gums, was released in 2024 through Paris-based free music label Nunc and has been described as ‘hypnotic’ and ‘meditative’. Her second album, The Long Blue Horizon, is due for release in mid-2026.

Clariloops is the project of Ruby Ester Mae through which she weaves clarinet melodies into layered electronic atmospheres. Drawing on a foundation in classical music and a deep passion for ambient electronica, Ruby uses clarinet, effects pedals, and synthesisers to create meditative sonic journeys that invite deep listening and introspection.
