January 7th is the Day the Lord gifted me my very on princess. Along with my gift from God I was also gifted Child Support from Fairfax County 🤬VA. As I bounced my beautiful baby girl on my leg, I could never seem to shake the paranoia of Child Support personnel feverishly seeking more ways to get more loot from my checks and make life difficult for our already broken teenage parent homes. Yes it was tough on both me and your moms.But I was determined to be the Father to you, that my Father was to me.And I witnessed your moms give her very best, even calling the folks and putting your pops on papers. Shout out to your moms for this is her Birth Giving Anniversary. Your mother and I were just kids and had to figure a lot out as we went. We both learned a lot and had to learn how to apply those lessons. @queen__dommm , I pray you are pleased with our parenting efforts and are proud to call us your parents just as we are proud to call you our daughter. I personally thank you for showing up every time I’ve needed you. I’m so proud of you and I am very pleased with the woman you have become.

He goes hard to encourage me, support me, and give me the advice I need right when I need it - even if it’s tough to hear. 🙏🏾 @chrisbaileyis Please don’t ever change! Consistency
It ain’t supposed to be easy, and it’s only as difficult as you allow it to be.If you want it bad enough, you will make a way.
No ego lifting, or showing off. I suggest only achievable routines. Never try to relive your heyday, keep it OG appropriate. The ER is full of Al Bundy’s trying to recapture those 5 touchdowns in one game days lol. Don’t be one of them. The key to all my sessions are repetition and consistency. Always avoiding pain and injury at all costs. If it hurts, stop. If you strain, stop. If it burns, keep going. If you are defeated today, hang it up and get back at it tomorrow and the next day. You’ll get it, don’t give up. Find your levels and work from there.
