Part 6 of only featuring Asian spots in honor of AAPI Heritage Month! 🇵🇭✨ So proud of my friend @choybee for opening @tradicionalenyc, a Filipino-Spanish restaurant that perfectly bridges the gap between feeling like you’re sitting in your family’s dining room, while also executing at a high level of culinary refinement.
This has quietly become one of my favorite rooms to eat in, and watching Anton elevate those deep, rich, slow-cooked flavors in a sit-down setting is something you just have to taste for yourself. Bring a big group and order family-style.
