The colorful blisters created with lightly pigmented SFX gelatin and pre-sourced molds. The molds were “Blistered” from @briankinneyfullslap hurt boxes and @melproductsusa SOS Molds. The gelatin pieces were applied individually and in clusters and then painted with @skinillustratorofficial alcohol paints

Application of two 24” prosthetics to the back of each of the actress’s arms. These prosthetics were custom made by another artist, which I then applied and painted for the film. I used @skinillustratorofficial alcohol paints to color and added blood using @bennyemakeup Fresh Scab and #MyBlood #ThreeKingsRed Blood! The Actress had amazing movement with no limitations and the prosthetics looked and held up amazing!

“Say Cheese” 📸 🦷
I had the pleasure of creating these invisible messed up braces for the upcoming short film “Say Cheese”. Taking heavy inspiration from @teeth_by_archer work with braces, I created a vacuum form piece with brackets and wires attached, then filed them down to create a unique set that could be played with inside the actor’s mouth. Just wait until you see the close ups! 🫣
- Brackets and wires are real and adhered to a custom vacuum formed retainer piece
- The retainer piece attaches at the molars and is filed carefully with a Dremel to remove the plastic retainer entirely from around the brackets
- The braces are functional and completely wearable by themselves without the excess wires (needed for this specific shoot)
- The “Gorilla Glue” bottle on the table is a prop made by me filled with Polygrip! Made to look like she applied the brackets in his mouth with super glue

I had the pleasure of creating these invisible messed up braces for the upcoming short film “Say Cheese”. Taking heavy inspiration from @teeth_by_archer work with braces, I created a vacuum form piece with brackets and wires attached, then filed them down to create a unique set that could be played with inside the actor’s mouth.
