A few excerpts from our Town Planning set for works to a significant terrace house in Brunswick West.
We have tried to preserve as much of the 1980βs lean-to as we could, retaining its solid boundary wall while introducing a new entry. It is purposefully human scaled so that it contributes and engages with the local streetscape.
We set the new roof back to allow northern sun in, maintaining privacy from the street, and reducing the overall mass and height of the building.
