This hands on masterclass will take you through everything you need to know about Matcha. From its provenance, to production, to health benefits.

You’ll learn how to source and prepare great Matcha at home using a bamboo whisk to create a perfect micro-foam. Also learn how to make Matcha Latte’s, Iced Matcha and Matcha Yuzu Tonic, all using @cantontea premium grade Matcha.

The evening will be held at our Roastery Cafe on Wednesday 21st January, 7pm - 8:15pm. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are available on our website now!
