Thank you for having me @elamhq 🙌🏾
I genuinely love travelling up and down the country schools, colleges, unis, anywhere that’ll have me to talk about the business behind the music. Royalties, publishing, artist development… the whole shebang.

I always try to make my sessions engaging (because let’s be honest, music admin isn’t the sexiest topic 😅). But hold tight the ELAM students, they gave me energy! 🔥

This clip shows how I start every presentation. Bit of fun, bit of psychology 😏 I pretend I’m nervous, ask the room to go wild for me, and boom… instant energy.
Sometimes you just have to set the tone yourself.

Synergy in motion - PRS and @revolution_london brought an incredible group of multi award winning and up and coming writers and producers together at Qube Studios, Canary Wharf for a songwriting camp unlike any other — and had the legendary @damizza in the building sharing wisdom, energy and game-changing guidance.

This camp was all about collaboration, inclusion and community and pushing each other to new heights.

Huge shoutout to the talented PRS community who came through and made magic in every room. This is what happens when creativity meets opportunity. 📝

Literally the only picture I have with Mel. Most of the time we spent together was us locked into the work building, laughing, pushing each other to be sharper. I was fortunate enough to have worked on a couple of campaigns with you, your advice, experience and wisdom never faltered. Half the time I was watching your madness, the other half you were pulling me up on mine. 🤣

Mel was one of the real ones.
A brilliant executive with energy and respect that filled every room, integrity that never bent, and a heart that was fierce, empathetic and honourable.

You backed people. You fought for people. You showed up with spirit and sincerity, always!

Rest well in perfect peace, Mel.
You’ll be deeply missed.
We’ve lost a good one, but heaven has gained an angel.

Thank you to the amazing @livvyk for putting this together. Little things like this mean more than people realise. An emerging talent who truly goes the extra mile. Follow her!

This whole year has been a blessing, meeting emerging creatives, supporting new voices, breaking down royalties, moderating panels, and helping the next generation sharpen their craft.

And to Nicola, Andrea and Kwame - thank you for trusting me with your platform and allowing me to pour into the community. You three have built something that genuinely lifts people. Your conviction, your faith in grassroots talent, and the way you champion culture is rare. I’m grateful to play even a small part in it. May God continue to strengthen your vision and your impact.

Ultimate Seminar was a standout this year — two writing camps across London and Manchester, multiple conferences, real conversations, real value.

To everyone I met on the day: stay connected, keep creating, keep learning. The game rewards consistency, not noise.

Grateful. Focused. More to come.

Blessings.

Apparently, I’m on a generational run right now. 😅😂 I’ll take it! Real talk though, when Andrea, Nicola and Kwame come calling, you answer! I would say they’re the best trio since Neymar, Messi and Luis Suarez but they been showing up for emerging talent long before!

Anyhow, I’m back on the big stage, this time moderating a panel shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the real titans of our industry.

Can’t wait to meet all the dedicated, hungry and passionate minds stepping into the Ultimate Seminar. Whether you’re just starting out or deep in the game, come find me, come learn something, come build.

London, I’m on at 10:50am, don’t miss it! The rooms will be packed today so arrive early!
Let’s make this one count.

Meet The Music Industry Ditto X Conference • 20 Nov • The O₂.
It’s been a busy year… but the party doesn’t stop. For the culture, always.

I’m on two panels this Thursday and both are essential conversations:

11:30AM — Royalties Unlocked
With Tom Weller (Ditto Publishing) and Bertina Luza (PPL).
We’re breaking down royalties, rights, registrations and all the revenue streams too many creators miss.

3:00PM — Future-Proofing Black Music
A panel I’ve curated and will be moderating with Adele White, Anthony Layiwola, and Jaisha Thomas-Hinds.
We’re talking ownership, infrastructure and how we build systems that truly protect Black music for the long run.

If you’re attending, pull up.
If you’re lastminute.com, try the link below 🤣.

First two people to DM me get guestlist. So Move fast!

It’s genuinely a pleasure to be part of the Recording Academy. Watching so many British acts get their flowers this year hit different because this is what the work is about. Considering, supporting and voting for peers who truly deserve it. Championing excellence, not noise.

And now stepping into the GRAMMY U Mentorship Program feels like a natural extension of that mission. This isn’t just a title, it’s a chance to strengthen the bridge between the UK and the US, to open doors for young creatives, and to deepen the ties that matter across our wider music community.

Helping the next generation understand publishing, culture, craft and business… that’s how we build stronger systems. That’s how we create real cross-border collaboration. And that’s how we make sure our scenes aren’t just celebrated in moments, but sustained over decades.

Grateful, aligned, and ready to lock in. Let’s continue the good work. Big up my sis @_graceymae for the inspiration everytime. UK Stand Up Tall! 🇬🇧 Thanks for having me @grammys @grammyu

I’m proud to be supporting the Help Musicians × PRS for Music × Ivors Academy Co-Pilot Mentoring Network a programme designed to bridge the gap between emerging creators and experienced industry professionals.

Every time I mentor, I’m reminded how much talent is out there that just needs guidance, reassurance and someone who understands the journey. That’s why I’m involved in this. Mentorship changes careers and it changes people.

We’re now looking for music professionals with 5+ years of industry experience (songwriters, producers, managers, creatives, label staff, musicians, engineers) who want to give back and support the next generation.

If you’re interested in becoming a mentor and shaping the future of our creative community, DM me and I’ll point you in the right direction.

Let’s keep building a stronger, more connected music ecosystem.

📣 Songwriting & Production Camp — London, 17 Nov

In partnership with PRS for Music & Revolution Creative, we’re bringing multi-platinum producer Damion “Damizza” Young to London for an exclusive songwriting & production camp.

This is a rare chance to learn directly from a man who’s worked with Mariah Carey, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Bone Thugs, Ice Cube, Ludacris and more.

I’ve secured a small number of places for emerging UK talent.
I can’t guarantee spots, but if you want to be considered, DM me the word CAMP and I’ll send the link to register your interest.

Opening doors. Creating access. You know how we move.
Let’s build. 🔐

I’m joining @iluvlive and @ppl_uk today for The Break, a conversation on royalties, ownership, neighbouring rights, and how to actually collect what you’re owed as a creator.

We’re breaking down:
• how revenue really moves,
• where people are losing money without realising,
• and how to set yourself up properly going forward.

It’s sold out, but I’ve got two guestlist spaces held back for anyone who genuinely wants to learn and build.
DM me, first come, first served.

No fluff. Just clarity, wisdom, and practical steps you can apply now.

See you there. ✨

This year I made a conscious effort to get out there.
To visit more cities, meet more people, and pour into the creative community.

Over 10 panels. 3 writing camps. 4 or 5 conferences (who’s counting 😆).
Cardiff, Belfast, Bristol, Brighton, Southampton, Birmingham, Glasgow, Newcastle…
The miles have added up but so has the purpose. It takes absurd levels of planning but it’s always worth it.

I’ve worked with some exceptional people and met insane levels of talent from grassroots creators right up to the top tier.
We’ve sponsored award shows, backed writing camps, and stood beside platforms pushing the culture forward.

Every moment has been about putting the creator first in the same way I put my Creator first.
I don’t take it lightly, ya boy is knackered but in all things I give God thanks. Shoutout everyone who’s pushed through this year and made it this far. Be sure to give yourself some grace, and take some time to reflect on how far you have come. 🙌🏾🙏🏾

To say Cre8ing Vision in Manchester was special is in understatement and London, we’re up next. 22nd November. Go get your tickets, I’m keen to connect with more talent!
Check @cre8ingvision for details.

Grateful. Grounded. Still going.
