When I exited my business in August, I thought I was just taking a break.

Afternoons playing Padel in Barceloneta, ice baths every morning, working out twice a day & bachata parties every evening.

But after a couple months I felt I was running from something..

My business was gone, and suddenly so was my identity.

I poured so much into that coaching business for 7 years between content, coaching & investing in my self that I’d spent the last 7 years being my brand.

So when I sold it, I lost a piece of myself too.

What I didn’t see coming: that breakdown was the beginning.

All those months “chilling” were just resistance breaking down..

And the question I’ve asked my whole life:“Who am I really?” came back.

Except this time, I had the tools to answer it:

Trauma informed coaching, psychology & a certification in identity/mind shifitng..

I used these tools on myself first.

The padel/dancing, the ice baths, the super healthy routines… those weren’t the answer.

The real work happened in the silence.

What started my coaching business almost 8 years ago was the quote: “In order to build a 7 figure business I had to build a 7 figure me”

Back then was just about helping people make more money.

But since I started working with founders ready to exit, making money became the least of the problems..

The problem was becoming aware of the blocks (often identity blocks in disguise) holding them back from stepping to the next level, before their business collapses and takes it with them.

Stop asking who you are. Start deciding who you’re becoming.

You don’t “find yourself.”
You build yourself.

That kind of presence is awesome!

And honestly, the whole team carried that same energy.

For me, that’s what matters most, the human connection behind the dance!

The festival itself wasn’t massive, but the quality? Huge. You could feel it in every moment.
