At the time in 2012,only 13% of participants in yoga were men. So “Broga” took up the mantle to create both a brand and system of yoga that would appeal to men, fitness minded folk and beginners in general.

And from those first free heaving packed classes in the hidden second floor alley showroom in Chelsea London a star was born .

We went on to servicemajor gym chains including @gymboxofficial @nuffield.health @davidlloyduk @fitnessfirst_uk_official , teach at fitness and yoga festivals around the world - as well as serving the @royalairforceuk @royalmarines @royalnavyas the official yoga provider.

Flashback to our very first marketing avert by @designerdesignerstudio .

Back then we were the first people to ( controversially) market yoga to a male audience and push a masculine vibe.But back then only 10% of westerner yoga practitioners were men.

Today we are proud to have had a small part in movingthe dial in the direction of EVERYONE having access to yoga regardless of gender -withmale statistics now reaching well over 30%
