Something that is not spoken about in our business is the grief that is felt when a project is no longer in your hands. When a homeowner sells, a client moves onto another creative, your past work gets renovated, or in this case, a business closes. The unknown future weighs heavily on your creative heart and you can only hope the next occupant honours your vision or appreciates the hard work that went into evoking a space that was meant to be enjoyed and experienced a certain way.

We will forever be proud of what we created for Halifax with this design and hope that the guests of this space enjoyed it too. It was really f’ing cool!!! And sexy! And DIFFERENT! Luckily we are able to celebrate all of that in these new-to-you, aptly timed images captured by the talented @carolikina in yet another AMAZING collaboration between some powerhouse creative women.
