I’m very grateful to everyone who agreed to help me with this project. It was an incredibly interesting 24-hour shoot that I’ll remember for a long time.

hi everyone. today is my birthday, and on this day I want to share what is happening with my health and say honestly that I need your support.
I have played basketball all my life. if I had known that by my early thirties my body would start breaking down, I would probably have chosen singing in a choir instead. sadly, professional sport often causes serious injuries. while I was training, jumping, and running, I kept getting injured, and over the years these injuries added up.
because of many ligament strains and tears, my leg became very weak. now even a small wrong step or a twisted ankle causes a lot of pain and a long recovery. last summer the pain became so strong that I could hardly make a step. my quality of life dropped a lot because of constant pain that painkillers cannot stop.
doctors found that almost all my ligaments are damaged, and I also have a partial tear of my Achilles tendon. because of this, all the pressure when I walk goes to one joint, and it can no longer handle the load.
I have had MRI scans, ultrasounds, visited several doctors, done physiotherapy, had injections, taken medicine, and tried acupuncture. step by step, these things started to help. but now it is clear that I need regular rehabilitation and possibly surgery. all my money has already gone to treatment, and I can’t continue on my own.
I know it is hard to ask for help for a lot of people, and it is hard for me too. that’s why I don’t want this to sound like a cry for help. please see it as a birthday gift or a gesture of support for my birthday. I am starting a fundraiser for my rehabilitation, and truly any amount helps - even 5 gel.
if I can live without constant pain, that would mean everything to me.
thank you to everyone who supports me. today I turn 33.
