We join forces with Berlin-based label @higher.wav to shape a night of immersive sound, where broken rhythms and low-end frequencies shape the room.
We want to create a space for presence and connection, an intimate gathering built around shared sound and collective energy.
For our first night together, we welcome two artists we deeply admire:
@r010_lucas will present his live set, merging dreamlike atmospheres with heavy basslines, drifting through techno, dub and drum & bass influences with a distinctly personal approach.
Weβre also excited to host @djsport__ , whose selections explore elastic, polyrhythmic structures where tension bends, folds and releases.
Finally, our residents @myrcene__ , @living__code and @bobby.dln will join us, guiding the sonic journey from start to finish.
Saturday 21 February,
Barcelona, secret location
22:30 till late
Limited capacity. Secure your ticket on RA (link in bio).
The location will be shared via Telegram on the day of the event.

Some clips from my recent mix at @gimic.radio. Really enjoyed leaning into darker 140 broken rhythms, post dubstep, deep techno cuts and bass heavy pressure
Ended up squeezing 25 tracks into 60 minutes, so that explains the concentration face and all the button pressing and knob twisting in the video π
Full mix on Soundcloud and YouTube (link in bio), with the full tracklist at the end of the post π
Tracklist artwork by me :)

Looking back at our first night in Barcelona with @___textura π€
Closing the night together in front of such a warm, receptive and open crowd meant a lot to both of us
To relive that feeling, weβre sharing the recording of our b2b. The original one got lost, so we re-recorded it, trying to preserve the energy and flow of that night as closely as possible

Nerd post alert!
My recent mix for @subtleradio is now up on SC and itβs probably one of the mixes Iβm most proud of and excited about.
What I really loved about this one was the process that led to it. I wanted to play in an unusual (for me) bpm range - around 100. While digging for tracks, I realised how different rhythmic structures can feel in this tempo zone. 100 bpm might sound like a slow tempo for some, but itβs interesting how in this range you can still bring a lot of energy in other ways, without needing to speed things up!
Then at some point I thought: what if I did the opposite? What if I abruptly brought the tempo to something very fast, but with the intention of actually conveying a calmer, dreamier and more nostalgic feeling? Thatβs how I came up with the idea of closing at almost 2x the speed (190 to be precise) - something I donβt come across often, but that can actually feel really special, especially with the contrast between serene, drone-led moments and the intensity of 4/4 or footwork at 190 bpm.
It was my first time trying something like this and I had so much fun! I learned loads researching for this mix, and it reminded me that the best part of making a mix (for me) is really the process. Iβd love to do something along these lines again in the future :)
Thanks @phieni___ and @irokee__ for the invite, and to all the artists featured in the tracklist for their incredible music <3
