The majority of beers ive had with Manilita by far have come from the Scorched Church (aka @brujos_brewing), but Test’s first use has isolated them in a beautiful 8% form and I can safely say they certainly are worth the hype.More of a mellow flavor profile with expanding flavors as it warms.Dank earthy mandarin zest, weedy mango, tropical melon.Creamy as fuhh, yet nice and dry.Getting a little greenness on the tail, otherwise just classic excellence from these masterminds. 📝⛽️😮‍💨💣🔥
