As we approach International Women’s Day (and are now in the official celebratory month), we’re sharing our next gathering — Sacred Waters: Womb Ritual 🌸
Turning our attention to the lower energy centers of the body, we’ll be focusing on the root, sacral, and solar plexus — the foundation of our entire system, connected to many themes such as safety, emotions, and self-trust.
The womb is more than physical.
It’s a center of pure creation, intuition, and deep inner knowing. For many, it also holds stress, memory, and unprocessed grief.
When we find ourselves disconnected or overwhelmed, it’s often these lower foundations that need the most tending to. 🪴
On March 12, we’ll work together from the root up:
Through breathwork with yours truly, restorative yin yoga with @bbtea____, sound healing and collective reiki with @maryymak, along with sacred ceremonial elements — creating space for gentle guided release, integration, and grounded forward movement.

All you need is a mat, optional blanket, water, and an open heart.
