Pilates brought me back to movement without pain after a surgery on my hip years ago. It gave meaning and purpose to my life in every sense. A carrer change, a new path, new challenges, and endless learning process with your body and brain, the mind body connection. Pilates is fascinating it makes you feel empowered but also humbled. Somedays Its’seasier to achieve and exercise and other days it feels extremely difficult. I am grateful I did start this journey that allows me to work and enjoy what I do, but also most important it allows me to help others to live a better life.
