2025 has been a mixed bag of emotions, with a lot of uncertainty, but I can say im proud of myself. There has been a lot of self-discovery, and I can breathe again. I have my feet firmly planted on the ground. I've made many new friends and deeply rooted already existing ones. Im in a good spot.

Meet the newest addition to our culinary team, @baedriian. Originally from LA, Adrian cut his teeth in some of the most respected kitchens in St. Louis, including Companion, Sidney Street Cafe, Balkan Treat Box, and Idol Wolf. Not only is he an extremely talented chef, but he’s an awesome dude who fits in perfectly with the rest of our group. We’re super lucky to have him on board, and we have some exciting projects in the works that he’s going to be a big part of.

His official debut with us will come on August 27th with the next chapter of our dinner series “Plates & Pairings: Mexico”. His menu draws on his Mexican heritage, LA upbringing, and his years of experience in a wide range of cooking techniques.
