BTS Compilation edit with my new studio setup and TV wall while I was working on glitching out the DanDaDan Opening animation!

Everything looks SO SICK when viewed on 12 monitors, and I had a lot of fun finding loops in the animation.

First time using the Sony VX-2100 with the Century Optics Fisheye for BTS instead of as an input source/feedback loop, the look is πŸ‘Œ

Processed using my 3TrinsRGB+1C, T+ Fun21 & Vortex Decoder. Both the video and camera feeds captured in OBS!

Watch till the end to see HEMMY chillin' in my chair

Ended 2025 and started 2026 off right with this mixed media installation for the@thesupermarket.atl NYE Party: 404 Year Not Found

7 CRTs, 2 Projectors, 2 Video edits, and my first time projection mapping for a client! The theme was Y2K, so I cut together clips from some of my fav 90s anime, retro video games, & technology commercials and it fit the vibe perfectly!

This was a lil dirty map using DaVinci Resolve power windows and alpha output to individually map each pedestal below the TVs.

The party was a absolute blast, and it was awesome to see people enjoying my installation. Massive thank yous to The Super Market and @thebakeryatlanta for the total creative freedom on this one!

More to come this year πŸ€™

Meet RAY!
My newest partner in video-art-crime, and Bad Chroma's official mascot. RAY enjoys being in front of the camera a lot more than I do, and helps me with the boring business stuff too, calls, meeting, advertising, etc so I can spend more time in my studio.

I loaded his core memory loop to the @rolandglobal P10 sampler and transmitted him through my mess of gear. He was looking a little too clean, so a pass through my Vortex Decoder by @tachyonsplus softened up his edges. Using the Edirol V4 Mixer I keyed in a color layer from my 3TrinsRGB-1C by @gijsgieskes , spawning Orange RAY, and figured I'd clone him using the multiplier effect in the background

See that's the thing about RAY, there are really infinite versions of him depending on how the light hits your eye πŸ“ΊπŸ‘€

Official first A2D installation down @bardo.labs x @bad_chroma collabs for the win always. Thank you @cutcornersatl for having us we will be back again fer sure.

Our installation was a technological motion garden, adapting my previous set up with more clean and polished look adding in our CRT TVs and some added plant foliage.

Initially the plants were connecting to a @playtronica playtron for touch interactions but the crowd was having issues so I adapted it to be a morelower interaction threshold. Made in @touchdesigner and was my first time working with state machines.

Upon walking into the space the Kinect registered a player turning it to the begin state. There the user moved their hand to a specified area and started the project, instructions were given then the play state began. Here the player danced and created motion feedback. Simultaneously the video was being recorded and at the end they had the option to receive their copy of the video in the outro.

I’ll share a studio visual next!

2026 is the year of the stream.

A commitment I am making to myself and my craft is to let the art and designs I create be seen and experienced in motion. Not polished. Not finished. But in progress. Lots of ideas that never cross the finish line will have a chance to be iterated though the witness of others

I have spent a long time in the research phase and, if I am honest, lingered there longer than needed. Moving into iteration and testing has required me to confront something that has been a recurring theme for me: being witnessed. It has been a hurdle, and one I am actively stepping over. Not because it is a new year, but because it is simply time.

Winter feels like the right container for this shift. A season for transformation, for letting old forms decay and compost, so that something more alive can emerge fully in the spring.

If you made it here! You might like to know

@bad_chroma and I have a lot brewing. We are solidifying our collaborative connection beyond @bardo.labs, and this next chapter will be unlike anything we have done before.

More soon

A little trip down memory lane to earlier this year when we collaborated with @realfluffycloud and @bad_chroma to bring you Cloud 9, an immersive sound bath. Fluffy Cloud provided us with a warehouse and their 60,000-watt spherical overhead sound and lighting installation. We were tasked with designing the sensory lounge and experience programming.

For that, we brought on resident artist Kofi Ksa @magic.atl and Tre @getbywizard to anchor the experience with a live sound journey blending indigenous instruments with ambient layers, amplified through the Hennessy sound system, and paired with reactive LED lighting. Guests floated beneath the Cloud on trampolines as sound, light, and vibration moved through the body.

Our sensory lounge centered on tactile curiosity, comfort, and communal energy. It featured:
– Custom botanical cocktails
– Cannabis beverages sponsored by @drinkbrez and @drinkkavahaven
– Fidget tools, sensory toys, and playful tactile stations
– Open conversation zones designed for slowing down and connecting

This project was a reflection of The Bardo’s approach to experiential design: crafting environments that engage the full body and awaken new ways of relating to self, to others, and to space itselffor brands and collectives alike.

Special Thanks to @sva.torefor bringing us on for this one

We’ve got a lineup of collaborationson the horizon as well:

DENOISE: In the Garden (Sora Fellowship) β€” 10/4, 10 AM
SOUL ON DISPLAY for @arrogantkei β€” 10/18, 7 PM
Plus a new digital art exhibition in partnership with @bad_chroma Chroma and @littletreeartstudios , coming soon.

[Bumper for Video Sync]

Video Sync is this weekend @synthlibraryportland ! Just learned about this awesome event, definitely on my radar for next year. Video artists and synth ethusiasts of all types getting together and celebrating this art form!

Seeing all of the other bumper submissions inspired me to hone in on some of my personal stylistic elements:
Explosive colors πŸ’₯ audio reactivity πŸ”Š and trippy feedback 🌊

This was one of my first times using my EYESY by @critterguitari to generate an additonal waveform behind the Video Sync text. This thing has so many patterns and customizations, I'm just getting started!
The Video Sync title flowed through the EYESY and my 3TrinsRGB+1c creating two reactive waveforms, both of which were affecting the feedback loop through my @tachyonsplus Fun21. Everything keyed and mixed via my @rolandglobal V8 mixer 🀘
