PERFORMANCE
HIS BROTHER ECHO

Die Overbeck-Gesellschaft lädt herzlich zur Performance HIS BROTHER ECHO von Augustine Paredes @augustineparedes und Roman Steinmetz @roman.steinmetz ein.
HIS BROTHER ECHO ist eine Klangpoesie-Performance. Sie inszeniert einen Dialog zwischen zwei hallenden Stimmen, die inmitten von Unruhen und Machtverschiebungen nach Ruhe suchen. Das Gedicht wird zweimal in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vorgetragen, während mehrkanalige, hallende Gesangssynthesizer erklingen.
Es ist die zweite Zusammenarbeit zwischen Paredes und Steinmetz nach ihrer Aufführung von „Grace Act II“ beim Quovadis-Festival in Frankfurt.
Die Performance findet im Rahmen der Ausstellungseröffnung FATAL ATTRACTION statt.
