Hiya.

Anarchistic Undertones is 20 years old. It’s been an absolute ride ❤️😱

AU started in 2006. It was mostly run by the founder Peter Pinguu Williamson until 2009. Myself and Tom took over it from there and then Danny came on board in 2014 🐧🌳🐔🐻‍❄️

We’re throwing a birthday party to celebrate the last 20 years and we’d love you to come and join us. All profits will be donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians and Salford Women’s Aid 🩵

The people behind From The Cradle To The Rave and My Own Religion will be dusting off their Irn Bru flavoured cobwebs and doing a combined live set of tunes from both bands. We can’t describe how excited we are for it! 🔥

Our longtime rivals Roughneck Riot and Incisions will be headlining each night which was pretty much a deal breaker to even do the event and then a host of awesome and lovely bands will be joining us☘️🔪

We wanted some @tnsrecords bands on the line up and we wanted some bands that have played our shared gigs with @movingnorthpresents because every day we’re grateful to work with those people. We’ll only admit that publicly this once 🐝

It will be a 2 day event at Rebellion Manchester on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 July. A venue that has really looked after us for a long time and one we’re really grateful to call pals 🤘

I also wanted to give a shout out to @laravwoolley from The Rhetoric/Pretty On The Inside/Unsure Animals for marching into our lives a few years ago and stealing one of my oldest friends who now doesn’t ring me anymore in exchange for designing pretty much all of our posters, sometimes at a minutes notice. It was a completely fair trade 😽

#MPF2026 is a wrap. What a weekend that was! After starting in 2015, we are honestly lost for words at how each year seems to get better and better. But we've got some words anyway, please head to our website for the full rundown of the weekend.
