I appreciate my fiancé @renzie__ for capturing this moment. I appreciate my best friend @juicedealerdopehealer for providing me with this moment and using her extra copy to bless someone else. I am still so Humbled and grateful for the women who not only use my Guided Journal but who believe in it so much, it becomes a blessing to others.

This woman has never met me and she healed a bit of my heart. I have never been a person who cries when I'm in pain, but 90% of the tears I cry are always emotional. I appreciate her prayers and I honestly hope I'm in a better place physically by the Summer so I can get back to my regularly scheduled program and wedding tasks. I woke up out of my sleep screaming this morning because my shoulder felt like it was falling off my body (that's the only way I can explain it). Needless to say, I'm still accepting prayers.

So, I literally have to do this in 2 parts because the second video will definitely be a rant. Long story short, Kaydance was unimpressed but MOST IMPORTANTLY, we requested 3x for only a female to give her the first massage of her life and they took her to the back and had this old man massage my baby.. Then when I confronted him about it, he tried to pretend he didn't speak a lick of English.

Peep him trying to get a tip out of my teenager who is visibly confused, cuz she's a child and looks like a child.

Where do I begin?!!! This birthday has been an overflow of love, wishes and support! I am still in awe of the love I am surrounded by. My people showed out for me. I am still in the process of responded to all of the texts, calls, FaceTimes, audio messages and a whole heap of social media love.

I wanted to share this video of my birthday call with my family. They are truly my life support! I am so honored to be born into such an amazing village.

I am so utterly humbled and proud of my family because they allow me to choose good people outside of my bloodline who give me the same love.

40 years around the sun! I am grateful, honored and SURROUNDED by organic LOVE! I feel so deeply blessed and humbled. My last 2 years have been a world wind of ups, downs, losses and changes.
