Here I have the two looks that I did on the lovely Maeve. In the music video there are two worlds. One is ethereal, monotone where the other is chaotic and colourful. Maeve had a beautiful vision for the looks while also giving me the freedom to do make it my own. This was such an amazing shoot to be a part of.

The Wolfman, treated like a monster so he became one. In reality he’s someone with Hypertrichosis aka werewolf syndrome.

Crepsley is a vampire, haunted by his immortality. Doesn’t get involved in the vampire politics like he used to. Preforming with his pet spider who is the catalyst to the whole story. The spider bites Darren’s friend and to save him, Darren offers his life and becomes a half vampire to do all of Crepsley deeds during the day
:for the look
I decided to do a gender bend of the character and design Crepsley as a woman.
I blued the skin and used kylodian for the scar as the character was described in the book. I designed vintage style tattoos that the character would have , her beloved pet spider and lover the bearded lady. There’s a lot I would do differently if I could re do this look - more time, experience and NEVER HAND DRAWING MASSIVE TATTOOS

Snake boy 🐍 - character from The Vampires Assistant Cirque Du Freak
Snake boy taken in by the Cirque , a young boy suffering from a variety of skin disorders and cast out by his parents at birth. The cirque is where he was turned into the infamous Snake Boy
:for the look
Liquid latex stippled onto stretched skin in layers. This created the wrinkled and puckered look. Then painted with alcohol pallets
I used grease paints and eyeshadow for the eyes and alcohol pallets dor the tattoos

The Ringmaster - character from the book The Vampires Assistant Curque Du Freak - college major project
The ringmaster is sneaky and out for himself, he takes advantage of these people that he considers “Freaks” and makes money on their back. He dons a fake moustache haphazardly applied by himself to make him appear older and look the part. He looks down on the performers, only ever thinking of himself

A layed on moustache but couldn’t look professionally done, figuring out a between of looking to what he would think is believable while not going over the top
