ARAN Prog Project – “Modern Era”

The Guitar Mix Vol. 2 gets progressive with “Modern Era” by ARAN Prog Project – a blend of symphonic elements and progressive metal, full of dynamic sections, powerful riffs and evolving structures that feel incredible inside VR.

👉 “Modern Era” was selected as one of the winners of the “Tu música en un Videojuego 2025 – Rock Invasion VR” contest, created by Rock&Change together with Master Crowd Games. With over 100 bands taking part, only 20 songs were chosen to enter the Rock Invasion VR soundtrack, giving progressive and experimental projects like ARAN a dedicated space in virtual reality.

Courtesy of Barcelona-based progressive rock outfit, Aran Prog Project, the nine-and-a-half-minute epic was actually released at the end of last year, but the band decided it was time to commemorate its first anniversary.

🎂 Today we’re celebrating the first anniversary of our latest single, “Everything Ends”, with this previously unreleased short clip from our performance at Totum Revolutum, where we played the song months before its official release 😱

🍾 And what better way to celebrate than by announcing that the guitars for our upcoming album are now complete, (🙏 thanks for the excellent work Mr. @rodrigopagavino and Mr. @xavieralomar )....
....and in just a few days, we’ll be heading into the studio of our dear @agustin_milton to record the drum tracks 😙

🇪🇸 Hoy celebramos el primer aniversario de nuestro último single, “Everything Ends”, con este short inédito de nuestro paso por el Totum Revolutum, donde llegamos a tocar este tema completo en primicia, unos meses antes de su lanzamiento oficial.
