A libretto in poems, music in 13 time, and a set built out of postal bins. Oh, and three of the most delightful artistic collaborators (and real-life friends) you'll ever meet.
Elaine Sexton (librettist), Laura Kaminsky (composer), and Charles Renfro (design) joined us in front of City Hall's statue of Benjamin Franklin to talk about their new opera, The Post Office, coming to BAM tomorrow.

After the world premiere last week, THE POST OFFICE arrives in Brooklyn this Saturday for its debut at @bam_brooklyn!
Opening Night on May 16 is officially sold out — but tickets are still available for performances on May 17, 19, 20, and 21. New photos from last week offer a first look at the production ahead of its Brooklyn run!
