Residual Field
Urban screen installation presented during HKWALLS Festival 2026 in Hong Kong.
The activation extends into Kai Tak, where the structure unfolds across a different architectural field.
Although the visual language remains consistent, the movement within the portals shifts slightly. The differences are subtle, almost unnoticeable at first glance.
The work is built on the impossibility of simultaneous perceptionboth locations cannot be fully experienced at the same time.
As a result, the memory of the structure becomes unstable. What seemed identical begins to drift.
A slight distortion appears.
Memory no longer aligns with what was seen.

An unknown, and therefore even more attractive reality, is waiting for someone to pass through it.

This element materialized shortly after the first one.
Within the cycle, elements do not progress in sequence some require more time to form and stabilize.
At this stage, the form is fixed in its base structure. The next phase will involve surface recovery and color layering.
This is one of the next positions around PU-002.
The signal continues to unfold.

In my practice I often work with transitional states moments when a form exists somewhere between a material object and an image.

Screens and mirrors interest me as tools that can capture or reflect these fleeting states.

They allow an object to hold a fragment of another space a signal, a memory, or a moving image.

This experiment becomes another fragment within the ongoing research cycle I document through Anomalitism.
