We’re very excited to welcome our IT GOES,BOYS guest Anna Borella — Italian World Cup route setter — for a hands-on workshop all about power in climbing: how to build it, train it, and keep it for the long run.

On a specially set spraywall-style section, Anna will share tips & tricks to develop strength through power-based climbing exercises.

You’ll learn how to train on a spraywall with intention: how to design moves (think like a route-setter!), link power sequences, and use the wall as a training tool. With the right approach, any wall can function as a spraywall.

Come curious, leave stronger.

20 years later… still didn’tmanage to do it 😂
But I managed to be part of the Routesetting Team, and it was amazing! ❤️

Watching the athletes trying the boulders during the practice time was something different and fascinating, it was like witnessing a team training with the best athletes in the circuit 🙌
