Ohayo Mountain House is the first in a series of houses we plan to develop in the Hudson Valley. These projects challenge the typological conventions of single-family houses in suburban areas and offer a systematic, operational alternative to current practices in architecture and construction.

The Ohayo Mountain House is organized around a central rock garden, which will serve as the main gathering place for residents. The in-out relationship of the spaces is immediate, making the outdoor space an active part of the house's daily circulation and life.

The architectural team is involved in these projects at every step, from feasibility and land acquisition to funding, design, and execution. This approach not only provides the project with a holistic vision but also significantly reduces the need to allocate funds and staff to transmit data and information between parties in each step and, ultimately, prevents negotiated claims and compromises.

It's almost here!

SENSE OF PLACE opens this Saturday, April 11 in Glenford, NY! Experience contemporary art and design as it's meant to be lived with; featuring impressive works by over 20 studios rooted in the Hudson Valley.

The site will be open to the public on Saturdays from 11am - 5pm and by appointment. Although the property may look secluded, it's just a 5-minute drive from Woodstock and 15 minutes from Kingston!
