As a local brewery, we’ve always believed that being part of a community means showing up when it matters most.

With the recent ICE activity impacting families across Los Angeles and Long Beach, many of our neighbors are facing uncertainty and hardship. While we may not have all the answers, we can offer support to those doing vital work on the ground.

That’s why we are making a donation to ÓRALE (@oralelb ), a trusted local organization providing resources, advocacy, and direct assistance to immigrant families in our area.

Our hope is simple: to help ensure that community members facing difficult circumstances have access to the support they need, from legal aid to emergency services.

We share this not for recognition, but to encourage others to look for ways, big or small, to stand with those who contribute so much to the fabric of our neighborhoods.

⚽️ THE BEAUTIFUL GAME ⚽️

We’ve been huge footy fans long before we opened Ambitious. Parking lot juggle sessions (shoutout SupFutbol Club 😎) turned into weekly pick up games in the park, turned into adult leagues (Hi Gothic Dolphins! 👋) and tuning in to watch all the games along the way. We learned to brew while wearing soccer pants (well, some of us), and even our logo was inspired by soccer crests.

You’re going to find a few of us stressing over our teams if you make it in early enough during the week, and maybe a different few of us laughing when the bad team inevitably scores.

We’ve had some incredible experiences celebrating previous tournaments and big watch parties at other spots (RIP Olde Ship Santa Ana) and always dreamed of hosting games with that energy at our spot.

We’re kicking off a big season of soccer by opening early SATURDAY MAY 30th AT 9AM for the Chaaampiooonns League Final. We’ll have a new line of soccer inspired merch available that morning (Limited Jersey! Tee! Sticker Sheet! Glassware!), and will have plenty of themed beer releases through that big global tournament starting in June.

We’re gonna have a lot of fun this summer celebrating the beautiful game and the beauty of people from all over coming together, we hope you come have some fun with us.

Orange blossom, lemon-lime, and pine resin dominate the retronasal, beautifully complemented by the balance of bitterness on the finish. Really crisp and refreshing. A favorite Filipino inspired beer returns for AAPI Heritage Month!

Ube Bay - Ube Ale conditioned with coconut, Vanilla & @sanandwolvesbakeshop‘s Vegan Ube Halaya - 6.0% ABV.
We reached out to the fine folks of @sanandwolvesbakeshop and got our hands on their house made vegan Ube Halaya.��The heck is Ube Halaya? Essentially it’s a thick n sticky jam like puree made from mashed purple yam, coconut milk and some other top secret ingredients.��Infusing Ube Bay with their Halaya has enhanced the aromatics with layers of marshmallow and candied nuts, adding more depth, body and flavors of coconut and creamy vanilla.
