Alex Robinson (@Alexro8inson) is a recording and mix engineer currently based at Metropolis Studios, West London. At Metropolis Studios, recording engineer Alex Robinson (@alexro8inson) and mastering engineer Mike Hillier (@mikehillier) were integral to shaping the album’s depth, detail and dynamic range.

In a new conversation, they reflect on their creative process, the nuances of collaboration and what it takes to bring a record of this scale to life.

I Know You’re Hurting - Live From Abbey Road.

Another beautiful record from the new album performed live, one take, in the room. You can feel the energy from this soaring piece. One of the earliest tracks written for the album born out of a 23 minutes jam sessions after which everyone knew we were onto something special.
