Honored and excited to share that our upcoming short film “U-20” by @alexrellos has been selected for the Brussels CoProMarket – Short Film Sessions! @brusselsshort

At its core, U-20 is a story about a father, a son, and the quiet struggles we face when personal dreams clash with harsh realities. Set against the backdrop of football, it explores the true cost of ambition—both emotional and financial.

We are grateful for the support of the Hellenic Film and Audiovisual Center – Creative Greece, @ekkomed_creativegr which helped bring our script to life.

We can’t wait to take U-20 to Brussels and share this journey with a vibrant community of storytellers from across Europe.

The jury decided to give a special mention to the Greek short fiction 'HERO' by Alexandros Rellos (scriptwriter, director) and with the following explanation:

'For a unique point of view on the question - is there an expiration date for heroes?'
