The King’s Feast - [BETWEEN TWO BANKS], the 3rd edition of the celebratory showcase of cultural and culinary heritage.

This year’s edition of The King’s Feast, hosted by Cairo Food Week unfolded inside the Grand Egyptian Museum’s Glass Hall, reimagining a banquet worthy of the Pharaohs.

Created by Alchemy Experience, the 20-meter feasting table stretched between the East and West banks of the Nile, a symbolic journey through Egypt’s ancient rhythms of life, rebirth, preservation, and abundance.

From scent to touch to taste, every detail paid homage to Egypt’s rich agricultural legacy and centuries-old culinary traditions, brought to life through contemporary craft. A true celebration of cultural and culinary heritage, rooted in the past, envisioned for the future.

On September 24th, 2025, ahead of the highly anticipated opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum, Cairo Food Week hosts ‘The King’s Feast’ gala in partnership with Jirian Palm Hills. The King’s Feast, is a celebratory showcase of cultural and culinary heritage, curated by Alchemy Experience, first unveiled at Cairo Food Week in 2023. The immersive culinary concept is a tribute to Egypt’s ancient heritage.
