CHEAT 10 HOOK BACK IN THE HOUSE!! 😮‍💨

Let me tell you… this move has been an absolute journey! 😭
So damn happy to finally have it back and consistent once again!! 🥹

After a semi serious shoulder injury about 2 years ago I lost this… 😔
But after rehabing my shoulder and nearly 18 months of adapting and drilling this kick, I’ve found my way back to landing this, all be it in a different way to how I used to perform it.

Failure after failure, eating shit over and over again. Tweaking, analysis, trail and error… until finally I’ve solved the puzzle once more 💪🏻

Not gonna lie, I nearly gave up on getting this back so many times, but I’m glad something inside called in me to persist. To not give in to the demons inside me telling me to quit.

The journeys not over, but now I can focus on sharpening and hopefully one day get this into an action sequence with a little refinement 🤞🏻

Determination, discipline and consistency win in the end ✨
