Jack Thorne’s FALLING, scored by myself, premieres today at 9pm on @channel4

Starring Keeley Hawes and Paapa Essiedu, the drama follows a Catholic priest and a devoted nun who must confront what it means to fall in love - and what it could cost them.

Big thanks to @katieellwood_music who assisted and recorded cello for the score, as well as @seanfrostfilm who recorded organ at St Mary’s Church, Rickmansworth.

Skylar Neese was 16 when she disappeared. She was just two years younger than me. While we grew up thousands of miles apart, we were the same generation, listening to the same music… I got to revisit this era and delve back into a teen world. However, what should have been a care free, fun part of life, took a cruel turn for Skylar and so too does the score. With the help of the amazing team I got to work with, we worked to balance these two aspects whilst still remaining sensitive along the way. It was a true privilege to score this. Huge congrats to everyone involved including the very skilled and talented @mathilde_koechlin who music edited and did additional music

@playstation what a blast! @alastairmcnamaracomposer @fabio.amurri and I went and saw ‘The Concert’ tonight at @ovoarena and got to really appreciate soundtracks from some of our favourite games. The players did an amazing job, and the stage visuals and lighting were utterly brilliant! Going to a concert like this just ignites more of the fiery passion I have for composing. Well done to all those involved! 👏🎶
