Originally, I was considering heading for a master’s degree in studying pollinator species but fell in love with the art of floral design in the event world. This special piece was a fun project that was a thank you gift from Kate to a very special client- my mom! Kate had the idea of the bird cage and the birds of paradise. I had a good time continuing to see how I could expand the symbolism through flowers with this project. The birds of paradise represent birds, protea are little birds nests, purple tulips are baby birds, and the light purple dianthus flowers are butterflies flying in and out of the cage. #coloradoevents #eventflorist #florist #smallbusiness #flowerdesign #floralstagram

We tip our hats to the @coloradosymphony for choosing us to be a part of their annual gala this year! Pioneering the future for live symphonic music was the basis for their frontier theme, and we had so much fun working with many textures inspired from the Colorado frontier.

This is the 14 foot kids tree we get to decorate for @sprucemountainranch! They do a bi annual fundraiser during winter and spring in which they raise money for St. Vincent Orphanage.
