We had a dream. The sunbeams were dripping sweet honey on the pavement... boombox blaring across the faded lot. Your spring and your day were wasted in play. Your summer and night in disguise.

A dream within a dream.

We have been waiting to welcome you back to our garden of sights and sounds. This time we are joined by the beloved Toronto-based duo @activesurplus, who bring a flavor of psychedelia to their house and techno selections. Lucid residents @_s_i__r__e_n_ and @utopos__ will set the stage with ambient, downtempo, and minimal house. @lightsweetcrude will be sharing a live liquid light show, a mirror to our gently unfolding inner landscapes.

Last month we lost a kind and supportive friend. Loving and enthusiastic co-founder of Pacific Rhythm, Russell “Early” Cunningham passed away after his battle with cancer.
We miss him dearly and still struggle to process our loss. He lives on in our cherished memories.

On December 5th we raise a glass to honour all the light and positivity that Russell brought to our world. All proceeds from the event will go towards covering Russell’s end-of-life expenses and into a trust for his sons William and Jack.

Five years of friendship, sunshine and music from the heart. We're beyond excited to be included this time around. Expect plenty of unreleased A/S material and some fun edits of familiar favourites.

Good news! Our first release of 2025 is now available for presale on our Bandcamp and at a handful of other record shops across the Planet E. Here’s the scoop.

Pacific Rhythm’s “Rhythms Of The Pacific” series returns with a 12” sampler of material that will be included as part of a larger 10-year anniversary compilation later this year. Tunes from LNRDCROY, Khotin (under his Waterpark alias), Active Surplus, and Kennedy are on deck to set the tone. Essential material for enthusiasts of the sound Pacific Rhythm has cultivated since 2013.

“Galaxio Salaxio” by LNRDCROY is streaming now on our Bandcamp and is available for immediate download to anyone who preorders. It’s a driving and uplifting tune that reminds us that LNRDCROY was digging for trance and progressive bangers long before it became the thing to do. Mirroring is about our own nature and how we find ourselves reflected in all things. How nature itself is always in conversation, conflict and communion with itself.

This is music that we have bonded over together for many years, working towards a shared language, a mutual vision, a connection that transcends regular life through sound.
We hope these songs carry you through whatever life may bring and we hope to continue our work for many more years to come. Enjoy!
