On the 24th, we got the chance to participate in the opening of the new Logistics and IT Center Vorarlberg of @gebruderweiss , showcasing our latest solar car, Silvretta, and the fascinating technology behind it.

One of the many highlights of the day: To position Silvretta on the new rooftop terrace, it quite literally had to fly through the air, lifted into place by a crane.

During our 2-week intensive program in Germany, we dove deep into advanced automotive processes—from design and battery tech to testing. Learning from Hyundai’s world-class mentors gave us invaluable insights for our upcoming solar vehicle.

📍 ETH Zurich & Swiss Mobility Tour
We had a fantastic technical exchange with the renowned ’aCentauri‘ team in Zurich and explored the evolution of transport at the Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne. Sharing traditional German Schnitzel and Schweinshaxe strengthened our team bond even more! 🍻🥨

The SNU SOLAR EV team is back from an incredible journey in Europe, fueling our mission to reach the TOP 10 in the 2027 Bridgestone World Solar Challenge (BWSC)! ☀️🏎️

📍 Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center (HMETC)
During our 2-week intensive program in Germany, we dove deep into advanced automotive processes—from design and battery tech to testing. Learning from Hyundai’s world-class mentors gave us invaluable insights for our upcoming solar vehicle.

📍 ETH Zurich & Swiss Mobility Tour
We had a fantastic technical exchange with the renowned ’aCentauri‘ team in Zurich and explored the evolution of transport at the Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne. Sharing traditional German Schnitzel and Schweinshaxe strengthened our team bond even more! 🍻🥨

Thanks to @itechworldau ‘s Lithium Power Stations, we were able to keep our essential devices charged throughout the race. Their solar panels helped keep our chase and scout cars powered, and their iFrost fridges kept our food and drinks fresh despite the harsh conditions of the Australian outback. We are grateful for their support in helping us tackle this incredible challenge.
