The Amandla Fund was created by Richmond's Black giving circles, SisterFund and Ujima Legacy Fund, in partnership with the Community Foundation, to mobilize long-term investments that will strengthen the Black community and achieve economic and racial justice.
 
The Amandla Fund for Economic and Racial Justice provides a philanthropic solution to increase economic mobility for Black families, with grant funding focused on eliminating the racial wealth gap and disparities in homeownership in the Richmond region.
