Proper Rave is back! On May 1st, Proper Pull returns for our biggest rave yet, channeling it’s communal, freewheeling energy into distillery for the second time. For this we are bringing two world-class artists to Leipzig, not as a commercial showcase but for the heads and their labor of love to keep the city’s rave continuum alive.

This high-voltage assault is flanked by Ruby Cube (@icu.ruby ) from Leipzig bass collective @digitaldreamgeneration , and our own residents @tosui_of_97 , and nea.cuajo (@aarvr ), guaranteeing unrelenting bass with weight, broken structures, and sweat-slicked euphoria throughout the evening.

As with every Proper Rave, we want to create a safer space at distillery where everybody feels comfortable, so we kindly ask you to respect your own and the boundaries of others. We do not tolerate any sexism, racism or other discriminatory behaviour. There will be an awareness team on site throughout the evening. The downstairs floor is accessible for wheelchair users.

We plan and, above all, take into account the name of the event, “safer perreo,” highlighting our efforts to make this night as safe as possible, free from harassment, violence, discrimination, and inappropriate consumption. The event crew and the awareness team are there for you if you have any problems, feel any kind of abuse, or encounter any inconveniences.
Make sure everyone can dance freely and safely!

SAFER PERREO is a project created in 2022 that seeks to bring the Latin American party scene to Leipzig in a more protected space. „Perreo“ describes a dance where you can swing your hips freely at the events.

Besides being behind beso de tres he is also one of the co-founders of @properpullposse, co-host of Proper Charts, and booker for @brausecus Bühne at Tarmac Festival.

After closing Elipamanoke, Distillery and Westhafen this year, he’s ready to close the AXXON N. main floor as well and make you sweat, feel and release till the end.

Cumbiaton Latin American Festival 2025 ❤️‍🔥

Two Neas (@aarvr & @nadaista_ ) join forces to deliver a set full of pure energy, exploring the different spectrums of bass. What started as a New Year’s experiment returns to close the first day of the festival. Expect broken rhythms, heavy bass, and perreo against the wall.

the co-founder of Proper Pull (@properpullposse) was introduced to the electronic music scene in his teens while growing up in leipzig. firstly through open air culture and later on also in the clubs, he experienced many different sounds he fell in love with.
