WHO THE HELL IS SHE?
Sweet Gemini aims to shift the focus onto queer, femme, trans, BIPOC and GNC artists within the dance music scene. Created across the pond in Melbourne and now landing in my home city Norwich, I couldn’t be more excited! The party strives to champion the underground sounds that are so often lost in today’s lineups, with a strong focus on fostering community and creating safer dance floors 💜

So hopefully you already know we're throwing a beer themed party (or 3) this week.

We've teamed up with @ampersandbrewco to deliver THE INDIE BEER WEEKENDER to celebrate SIBA's @indiebeeruk week. Its all about supporting local independent breweries NOT big horrid corporations.

Thursday is launch day and we'll have Ampersand's brilliant and hilarious head brewer Pip next door delivering a ticketed beer tasting at @arti.cans whilst in the pub we have a tap takeover with 8 lines of really special keg and cask from the brewery. Loads of first pours and rare bits you can normally only find at their taproom.

Ellie their sales manager (absolute legend and pal of the pub) will be helming the wheel of fortune, for those of you who dare to try your luck. Free beer, merch, silly stuff and discounts can be won! Maybe a few other infantile games too...

Plus we'll have Martin/Great Crested Audio of @projectiononecollective spinning some tunes on vinyl from 6pm, bringing a viiiibe. Afrobeat, disco, funk, cumbia, who knows!?

Then the party continues on Friday with @shalomtully
& @aglimpseofdom of @shalomsounds absolute heroes soundtracking the evening - expect roots reggae, latin, funk and maybe some dirty bangerslater in the eve.

Saturday we finish things off with a set from Dreams From '83 - the 80s/disco/italo/funky collaboration between @_threemore & @ad_infinitum_dj and we're so excited to dance the night away! Come and really break in the new disco ball!

I know how much it would mean to her and she’s given so much to her community over the past year that I’ve known her. Whether that be letting her space be used for free, putting up with some crazy parties and the chaos that comes with that, or helping people with their side projects and much more.
