Learning game audio implementation was super daunting at first, but I quickly found myself getting addicted to the loop of “this would be cool -> how do I do that?”
Demystifying the spooky AAA engine really unlocked a truck load of creativity for me. Cut to now where I get to do that same loop daily as a job. All it took was a few YouTube videos, being okay with sucking for a bit, and some amazingly kind people on the internet.

I’ve not properly posted my sound design here and I finally want to change that. A lot of these are old at this point and made before I even had a job! This one is special to me though as it really was my first redesign to get some attention. I recorded my own source for the “egg scales” which makes me even more proud of the end result. This is a redesign from an awesome indie game called Cocoon.
