Les cafés sont issus de pratiques biologiques ou en transition vers le bio, avec une attention portée aux sols, à la biodiversité et à l’avenir des terroirs.

For us, coffee doesn‘t start in our roasteries. It starts here, in Ethiopia, with the people who grow it. 🇪🇹

Visiting origin is a crucial part of doing things right, of not treating coffee as a commodity.

Relationships don‘t grow over emails. You build them by showing up regularily, listening and asking questions.

We want to see how coffee is grown, want to understand the challenges and make sure that the way we work actually makes a difference. And it does.

In den Bergen Nicaraguas geht die letzte Ernte zu Ende.
Einige Frauen von der Kooperative "Las Diosas" besuchen heute ein Training:

Kaffeeernte. Fermentationsarten. Trocknungsprozesse.

Dank Weiterbildung verbessern die Frauen ihre Lebensgrundlage. Nicht nur Kaffee wird biologisch angebaut, auch alles Gemüse und Früchte. So können die Produzentinnen ihr Einkommen und Lebensstandart deutlich verbessern.

Roasters United Meeting in Oldenburg

We are a group of coffee roasters based in Europe committed to work directly with small farmers cooperatives to promote high quality coffees that are organically grown in democratic structures. As a group we buy and import green coffee together, work closely with our partners at origin, share knowledge and try to make a significant change in the coffee industry.

BRASILIEN 2024

Heute sind wir mi der ganze Familie in São Paulo gelandet und dann direkt weiter nach Poço Fundo gefahren. Dort werden wir nun zwei Tage lang unsere Partner von @coopfamcoffee besuchen und unsere gemeinsame Arbeit und den nächsten Import besprechen, den Kira für @_roastersunited organisiert.
Eine Ursprungsreise mit drei kleinen Kindern - viele haben uns im Vorfeld für verrückt erklärt. Wir freuen uns auf dieses gemeinsame Abenteuer, während dessen wir natürlich auch noch @organiccoffeefarmerbrazil besuchen werden.

Heute sind wir mi der ganze Familie in São Paulo gelandet und dann direkt weiter nach Poço Fundo gefahren. Dort werden wir nun zwei Tage lang unsere Partner von @coopfamcoffee besuchen und unsere gemeinsame Arbeit und den nächsten Import besprechen, den Kira für @_roastersunited organisiert.
